Incorporating a Cyprus company involves the following steps:
Submission and approval of a company name
The first step is to choose a unique name for your company. Tha name should be submitted for approval by the Registrar of Companies. It should not be already registered or be similar to a name of an existing company in Cyprus.
Shareholders
Provide us with the company’s shareholders with the number of shares and percentage of shareholding that each shareholder will have.
Director and Secretary
